We’re launching our first ever in-store loyalty program on 10/1/22! This is something we’ve been interested in doing for some time, and we are happy to reward our regular customers with some free coffee!
How do Club Andytown Points work?
Customers will be able to earn Club Andytown points when they purchase a beverage at any Andytown cafe.
1 drink = 1 point
After a customer has earned 10 points, they can redeem it for $5 off a drink of their choice.
How do we enroll?
On the check out screen, customers will see an option to enter their phone number. Once their phone number is entered, they will be enrolled in Club Andytown points. After each transaction, the customer will receive a text message indicating they’ve been enrolled and, if applicable, earned their first point, along with a link to their loyalty program status.
How I know how many points I’ve earned?
After their first qualifying transaction, customers receive an SMS indicating they’ve earned their first point, and if enabled, they’ll also see a link to Cash App to view their Loyalty status with Club Andytown. From the Activity tab in Cash App, customers can view accrued points, earned rewards, and activity at Andytown. If a customer does not have Cash App at the time of the transaction, they will be prompted to download the app to easily view their Loyalty program details.
How do I redeem my points?
When a customer has earned 10 points, they'll get a notification that they can redeem them for $5 towards a drink. At the check out, our barista will ask you for your name or phone number to find your loyalty status. If you’re checking out in our online cafe orders portal, you can apply your points in the check out screen.
Why are we launching this loyalty program now?
We know that our customers are feeling the squeeze of inflation. Because of rising costs, we are forced to raise our prices next week, and it's going to be hard on a lot of our customers. This loyalty program allows our regular customers a chance to save a little money, and rewards them for visiting Andytown cafes and supporting us. It's a small token of appreciation that we hope will go a long way. :)
