About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to support our bakery and production operations. This position plays an essential role in our fulfillment and delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to Andytown stores and wholesale customers. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled driver but also has a commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and upholding Andytown’s high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Safely deliver bakery and coffee products to designated locations on time and in excellent condition.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and immediately report any issues.
Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles with a weekly deep-cleaning schedule.
Handle products with care to ensure quality is maintained during transit.
Comply with all food safety and production standards, including wearing proper attire: following the dress code, and wearing closed-toe non-slip shoes.
Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and vendors at all delivery sites.
Assist with loading and unloading, ensuring all items match delivery invoices.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in food delivery, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to adhere to a strict dress code and food safety standards, including wearing safety equipment, gloves, and appropriate uniforms.
