Please introduce yourself and tell us about Cabana, van life and why you wanted to work with Andytown.
Hi There! My name is David Delgado and I am the General Manager for Cabana here in San Francisco! Cabana is a modern, mobile hospitality company with a fleet of high-quality, high-tech camper vans designed to create a seamless and unique integrated travel experience. Each Cabana comes equipped with everything you might need for an off-the-grid adventure, from a comfortable bed to a hot shower. When it came time to decide which coffee to stock in our San Francisco fleet I wanted to make sure that we went with something locally operated, sustainably sourced, and high quality which is why I reached out to my favorite neighborhood roaster, Andytown!
What makes Cabana special and different from other van rental companies?
Cabana takes a white-glove approach to hitting the road. Cabana offers freedom, comfort, and luxury. Every van includes a bedroom, bathroom, shower, gear storage, and television with streaming capabilities.
How do you approach hospitality and customer service?
At Cabana, it is our goal to really get to know our guests in order to provide the best customer service through all stages of a customer's journey with us. From the product team iterating on customer feature requests to the marketing team sharing destination inspiration, to the operations team working to provide the best direct support and anticipating future customer needs, customer service is at the heart of what every one of our teams do.
