Cauca is rich in volcanic soil, contributing to this region's high acidity and sweetness of coffee. This exemplary community lot from the Asorcafe Association in Inza is fully traceable, and every coffee submitted by a member farmer is meticulously evaluated before being added to the lot. This coffee is sweet and smooth with a pleasant lingering tartness. We love it as a pour-over!
Our goal is to send you the freshest coffee possible. Sometimes, this means that we will take a day or two to process orders. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be roasted on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Weekday orders usually ship next-day. Bags are 8 oz.
