This scone is inspired by an Irish traditional dish, Colcannon—basically mashed potato and greens. How iconic is this meal? Well, it has its own song! We’ve mixed in roasted potatoes, bacon, and kale into our savory scone mix and believe us when we say this is a scone worth singing about.
