Named after pet rabbits of the Ordoñez-Montenegro family, the Los Conejos farm has produced award-winning coffees in regional competitions since purchasing the land in 2014. For this lot, coffee cherries were fermented in sealed tanks for 48 hours before drying on raised beds. Although technically a natural anaerobic, it tastes more like classic natural processed coffee with juicy notes of pomegranate, melon, and cacao nibs.
Our goal is to send you the freshest coffee possible. Sometimes, this means that we will take a day or two to process orders.
