Young entrepreneurs, including the founders of Beanspire Coffee, Fuadi Pitusan and Jane Jittratanapoiboon, drive Thailand’s relatively new coffee industry. Their mill in Mae Kha Jan, Chiang Rai, receives cherries produced by local farmers. The mill’s attention to detail and strict quality measures result in this sweet and refreshing coffee. We taste Asian pear, coconut water, and palm sugar. It’s delicious hot or iced! added to the lot. This coffee is sweet and smooth with a pleasant lingering tartness. We love it as a pour-over!
