How do you ship coffee?

We ship all our coffee orders via USPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery straight to your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible at orders@andytownsf.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

My package is missing or delayed—what should I do?

Start by checking your USPS tracking info. If it’s still unclear, reach out to us at orders@andytownsf.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Andytown, we want you to love your coffee. If there’s an issue with your order—whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or not to your satisfaction—please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@andytownsf.com. While we cannot accept returns on perishable items like coffee, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. For merchandise or equipment, items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
